Le Georges is a story of a friend.
Christian Janier (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) cheese maker and Georges owner of the brewery with the same name in Lyon.
The combination of the two skills gives birth to this cheese rubbed with "Munica" beer.
On the palate, we find the unctuous structure of its cheese family with a unique roasted or even chocolatey sensation.
It's a success !
