Champagne Prestige Dubois Drouilly
Unique in its kind, Maison Besserat de Bellefon uses a very unique vinification process. By choosing to reduce the quantity of tirage liqueur (liquor allowing the fermentation), she succeeds in obtaining a reduction in the size of the bubbles by 30%. The lighter foam then gives its champagnes a very appreciable creamy and unctuous character. To this smoothness is added a characteristic freshness of the House. Indeed, the absence of malolactic fermentation makes it possible to maintain a certain acidity and a radiance in the mouth.
The color, of a light yellow, lively and brilliant, presents fine bubbles in the form of creamy strings.
The nose is dominated by floral aromas of rose, subtle and elegant.
The attack on the palate, fresh and balanced, delivers notes of red fruits (strawberries) in harmony with aromas of honey. The finish is long and fleshy, a sign of a full and well-balanced wine.
