"Deux-Sèvres" churned butter is made by hand, whipped in barrels ("churned") and comes from the Deux-Sèvres department in western France.
We obtain them in small quantities from the refiner Christian Janier in Lyon, who has worked for many years with dairy producers in Deux-Sèvres.
Available in soft and semi-salt with grain.
