Cheese made from ash goat's milk, pyramid-shaped, very fresh from two days of salting. Its paste is white, fine and smooth.

The ash pyramid can be eaten on fresh bread or hot toast or on a nice slice of country bread in the oven.

To taste this pyramid during the meal and fully appreciate it, it is advisable to take it out of the refrigerator at the start of the meal. 

To consume without moderation !
